What Is Vibrating Grizzly Feeder
Vibrating Grizzly Feeders are designed to combine the functions of feeding and scalping into one unit, reducing the cost of extra units and simplifying the crushing plant. Vibrating grizzly feeders are mainly used to feed a primary crusher in stationary, portable or mobile applications. The grizzly feeder provides continuous and uniform feeding rate under a variety of loading and material conditions. Vibrating grizzly feeder are designed to absorb heavy shock of material loading. Vibrating grizzly feeder is widely used in quarries, recycling, industrial process, mining, sand and gravel operations.

How It Works
The vibrating grizzly feeder consists of a feeder pan at the feed end to receive and take heavy shock loads of material, and grizzly bars at the discharging end to allow the undersized material to pass before discharging into the crusher. The feeder is mounted on springs and vibrated by a vibration mechanism under the feeder pan. The vibration force is angled to the feeder, pointing toward the discharge end. While the material flows to the grizzly section, the fine material passes through the openings in the grizzly, which decreases the amount of fine material going into the crusher and delivers high performance of the crusher.
