How It Works
The frame of inclined vibrating screen is mounted on springs. The vibration is generated from unbalanced flywheel and eccentric shaft. A very erratic motion is developed when this wheel is rotated. You will find these simple screens in smaller operations and rock quarries where sizing isn’t as critical.

The two bearings, circular throw inclined screen from Powerups utilizes a counterweight on a shaft to move the screen. The screen is mounted on springs and is powered by an electric motor. The inclination of this type of screen runs from 15 to 25 degree. The inclined screen is easily adjusted to improve overall performance and efficiency. The inclined vibrating screen can be lubricated by oil or grease as an option, and the screen media can be punch plate, fabricated steel wire or polyurethane.
